COLORADO SPRINGS — Another phase of road construction to add a bicycle route from the Springs Old North End to downtown is about to start.
Crews will add bike lanes, a center turn lane, and repave Weber St between Pikes Peak Ave and Uintah St.
"Access will be maintained. You'll have some delays with the overlay, but there's not any roadway widening or anything that goes with this project," Transportation Planner Tim Roberts said.
Construction is expected to get underway next week and will last for about a month.
