PUEBLO — A man is dead following a shooting in Pueblo early Saturday morning.
This happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 2900 block of 2nd Ave. Officers said when they responded to the area, they found one man with a gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
Pueblo police arrested 20-year-old Alec Romero.
A social gathering was taking place at the residence when a disturbance happened between Romero and the victim. The two left and fought in front of the residence. Romero pulled out a gun and shot the victim.
Romero is charged with second degree murder. The identity of the victim has not been released.
