COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — On Sunday, September 29 at around 2:30 a.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department was called to the intersection of E. Kiowa St and N. Tejon St for reports of an automotive vs pedestrian crash.
An initial investigation showed that the motorcyclist was driving southbound on N. Tejon St. when they collided with a pedestrian crossing N. Tejon St. in the crosswalk.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where he's being treated for his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing at this time. No charges have been filed against either party.

Two people shot by a Colorado Springs police officer after suspect reportedly pointed rifle at officers
The suspect with the rifle reportedly pointed the gun at an officer who fired multiple shots, injuring a male and female. The people shot were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the third person was taken into custody, an adult male, and is considered a suspect.
