COLORADO SPRINGS — Officers arrested a man early Sunday on charges of arson and criminal trespass after they found him inside a home on fire in the 2200 block of West Colorado Ave.
Fire fighters were called out to the house on the west side of town before 4:30 a.m. Sunday. As they were in the process of putting out the fire there was a search of the property for potential victims.
According to police, no one was injured as a result of the fire. Colorado Springs Police have only stated 36-year-old Kaiston Paulson was inside the home at the time the fire was started.
Details on whether he lives at the address or knows anyone there have not been made available.
