PUEBLO — A man is dead following a house fire on the northwest side of Pueblo.
At 10:15 p.m. Friday night, Pueblo police officers responded with the Pueblo Fire Department to a fire in the 2600 block of W. 11th Street.
When they arrived, they found an abandoned house fully engulfed in flames. According to area residents, the house is sometimes used by transients.
When firefighters were able to gain entry, they found a deceased man. At this time, they believe this was accidental and do not suspect foul play.
