PUEBLO — If 5-year-old Eden from Pueblo had her way, her 5th birthday party would have been all about horses.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Eden's wish weren't fully granted, but one local Pueblo West group did what they could to help her celebrate her birthday.
After Eden's family put a shout out on social media for some help, the Pueblo West Strictly Horses group answered the call and stopped by Eden's house on Thursday with their horses in tow.
"I don't know if there are words to describe it," explained Tara Russell, Eden's grandmother. "it was awesome, it really was. We have a great community here in Pueblo West."
Eden got to ride one of the horses and received gifts for her big day.
