COLORADO SPRINGS — A new restaurant is coming to Colorado Springs!
Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar, a casual dining restaurant known for its handcrafted American food and drinks, will open in the Chapel Hills retail center at 7605 Academy Boulevard North.
The restaurant plans on hiring about 200 employees for their opening in October.
The restaurant will feature seasonal offerings, which include new small plates such as Goat Cheese + Pepper Jelly, entrees like Pork Belly + Beans, Green Goddess Salad, BBQ Bison Meatloaf and desserts including a Peach-Huckleberry Open Face Pie, which are all made
Lazy Dog’s bar features a variety of handcrafted cocktails, house beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
