On Thursday, News5 anchors Ira Cronin, Mike Daniels, and Meteorologist Alex O'Brien celebrated Dr. Seuss Day in Pueblo by reading some of the late author's greatest works.

Ira Cronin read to a class of kindergartners at Columbian Elementary this morning.

Next, Meteorologist Alex O'Brien stopped by Carlile Elementary and read "Fox in Socks" to a class of 1st graders.

Later, Mike Daniels read “Horton Hears A Who!” to 4th graders at Bessemer Academy.

This was a fun celebration to kick-off National Reading Month in March. Next week, more members of the News5 team will read to students at Wilson Elementary in Colorado Springs for Read Across America Day.
