TELLER COUNTY — According to the Teller County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO), two people were found dead in Teller County.
TCSO responded to a shots fired call for Forest Service Road 357.
Upon arrival, deputies found a deceased female.
A few minutes later, deputies then discovered a deceased male a short distance from the first scene, apparently as the result of a self-inflicted gunshot.
TCSO Detectives and agents from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation are conducting the investigation into the deaths.
At this time, there is no reason to believe there is any danger to the public.
