SAGUACHE COUNTY — Sunday morning, the Saguache County Sheriff's Office posted on its Facebook page that a male inmate escaped from the county jail Saturday night.
The post said James "Jaime" Stewart escaped the jail around 7 p.m. Saturday night. He is 6'1" tall, weighs 230 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
The Sheriff's Office said when Stewart escaped, he was naked.
Stewart was in the jail for a parole violation and has been known to have violent tendencies, according to the Sheriff's Office.
If you see Stewart, do not approach him but call 911 immediately.
