PUEBLO — Some like it hot and for others, not so much. Maybe you like it in the middle. If you're a chile fanatic, the Colorado State Fair has you covered. Many of the Pueblo chile farmers are letting people sample all kinds of different types of peppers at the fair for a small donation of a couple of dollars.
You can even take some chile with you. Liz Chapman of the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce says it benefits everyone, " to let people know the different types of chile that the local farmers are growing, and to support them throughout the fair and to get their chiles to put them up for the winter."
The chile booth is located in the Colorado building near the center of the fairgrounds.
