PUEBLO — A man has been arrested in connection to a gang-related shooting that killed a man last Tuesday, according to the Pueblo Police Department.
Police said 23-year-old Gary Apodaca was arrested Friday for complicity to commit first-degree murder in the shooting death of 23-year-old Isaiah Najera. The department said previously 19-year-old Isaiah Apodaca was arrested for first-degree murder in the same case.
Officers were called out to 29th and Hart near the Pueblo Mall Tuesday afternoon and they reported finding Najera dead inside of a vehicle.
At the time, police said this was a gang-related crime and multiple suspects have been detained.
