"Heroes Day" at Elitch Gardens in Denver on Saturday

DENVER — Elitch Gardens in Denver is hosting their "Heroes Day" on Saturday, September 21st. Elitch's "Heroes Day" is how the amusement park thanks members of the Armed Services (Active & Veterans) and First Responders (Police, Fire and EMT's), with FREE Park Admission for the day. You can attend anytime between 10:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

If you're interested in heading up to Denver to enjoy a day at the park, you can get your free ticket at the main gate ticket window. You'll be required to show your issued badge in order to be allowed in for free. If you're bringing your family or friends, special discount tickets can be purchased for $28.99 as long as they're accompanied by a hero.

Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park is located just east of I-25 and the Auraria Parkway at 2000 Elitch Circle Denver, Colorado 80205. You can access the park by exiting at the Auraria Pkwy or Speer Blvd.
