PUEBLO — After serving people for nearly 100 years, Pueblo staple Gagliano's is set to expand.

The sausage company will soon sell its products at Albertson's and Safeway stores in Pueblo.

Owner Vincent Gagliano says he's excited about the company's future.

"It's a sense of pride. I am a steward of our business and hopefully we can keep it going. We put out a good product, we are known by generations of Puebloans

The company is still organizing logistics of the agreement, and hopes to have its sausage in stores by the spring.

Gagliano's also hopes to expand beyond Pueblo at some point.
