PHILADELPHIA — The FBI's Philadelphia Field Office is looking for possible victims of Robert Dean Caesar, 56, who is in federal custody charged with production, receipt, and possession of child pornography.

Caesar has lived in Oxford, Philadelphia, Norristown, Cranberry Township, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Richland, New York; and Silverthorne, Colorado.

A federal indictment claims that on or around Sept. 16, 2017, and on or around Dec. 30, 2017, Caesar manufactured child pornography. The indictment also alleges Caesar received child pornography on Dec. 20, 2017, and possessed child pornography on Jan. 18, 2018.

Anyone with information about the pending case or who believes they might know someone who may have been one of Caesar's victims, is asked to contact the FBI.

Victims might be eligible for services and rights under federal law, and the FBI might be able to assist those who live overseas in finding resources.

You can contact the FBI Field Office in Philadelphia at 215-418-4000, or your local FBI office. You can also submit an anonymous tip online.
