MONUMENT — The El Paso County Sheriff's office is still looking for the suspect in their investigation of multiple vehicle break-ins.

Since April 19th, the sheriff's office has been investigating four separate vehicle break-ins in the Monument area.

The first two break-ins occurred in the 2100 block of Stella Drive, on April 19th & 20th.

On the 24th, another break-in occurred at the Section 16 Trailhead, and then again on April 26th, at Old Denver Road.

The suspect then used the credit cards from the last break-in to purchase a large number of gift cards in the 1000 block of West Baptist Road at a grocery store.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'10 -6' tall, weighing 250-270 pounds and drives a white newer model small sport utility vehicle (possibly a BMW),
