EL PASO COUNTY — The El Paso County Sheriff's Office (EPCSO) began investigating a sexual assault in the eastern part of the county in May of 2020.
After extensively investigating the case, two suspects were arrested on Wed., Jan. 6.
The suspects have been identified as 61-year-old Annette Nissim and 62-year-old Frank Gonsalves. Both individuals were arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail on the following charges:
Sexual Assault- Drug/Alcohol-Induced
Unlawful Sexual Contact
The EPCSO said the victim reported that the suspects alluded to there being additional victims.
