EL PASO COUNTY — David Lake, the man accused of abusing and killing his former girlfriend's three-year-old daughter, was found guilty of murder by an El Paso County jury Tuesday afternoon.
Bella Ritch was rushed to the hospital in October 2017 after being found unresponsive and suffering fro injuries to her head, chest, stomach, and legs.
She died at the hospital. Her death was later ruled a homicide.
David Lake was arrested six months later.
