COLORADO SPRINGS — Some of the D20 community in the northern part of the Springs honored some of their educators Monday.
This week is "National Teacher Appreciation Week."
Chinook Trail Elementary School's staff had to make a quick transition to remote learning this year and neighbors wanted to tell them thanks for all of their hard work.
Communities at several other campuses across southern Colorado also threw similar parades for their educators.
