COLORADO SPRINGS — A sexually violent predator is living off Nordic Drive near Airport Road and South Powers Boulevard, according to Colorado Springs Police.
The department said 52-year-old Myron David Swayzer is living at 822 Red Thistle View in Colorado Springs.
Swayzer has no notable scars or tattoos. He is described as a being 5'10" and weighing 215 pounds.
Swayzer is on parole and his criminal history provided by the department shows he was convicted of Sexual Assault-Overcome Victim's Will in 2000, which happened in El Paso County. His previous charges include Sexual Abuse in Hopkinsville, Kentucky in 1992 and Sexual Harassment in 1995 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He is currently unemployed.
Under Colorado law, law enforcement agencies are required to notify the community when a SVP moves into the area.
