COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department has found a 12-year-old girl who went missing Thursday.
Police said 12-year-old Alexis Bouthiller walked "away from Cedar Springs Hospital" in the afternoon.
The department announced she was found Friday morning.
