COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department announced Sunday that two new members will be joining the K9 Unit.
Via the Colorado Springs Police Department K9 Unit Facebook page, the department introduced Sammy and Nero.
According to CSPD, Sammy is a 15-month-old Belgian Malinois/GSD cross who comes from Hungary.
Nero is a 17-month-old Belgian Malinois who comes from Holland.
CSPD did not say when these two will suit up and be on active duty.
