CSPD arrest man accused of soliciting for child prostitution

COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department arrested a man accused of soliciting a child for prostitution after an investigation that began in December of last year and are looking for any other possible victims.

CSPD said 46-year-old Javier Vega Dominguez asked a male child for sex at a store near East Platte Avenue and North Chelton Road.

The department said they began the investigation in December 2019 and last month, they were able to arrest him on felony charges including Soliciting for Child Prostitution and Sexual Exploitation of a Child. Officers are trying to identify any one who may be a victim to Dominguez.
