COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs firefighters worked a house fire on E. Dale Street Monday afternoon.
The home, located at 2510 E. Dale Street, is just east of the Olympic Training Center.
CSFD said when crews arrived they found a fire in the attic of the one-story home.
Firefighters cut a hole in the roof to clear out some smoke and heat.
This also allowed them to access the home better and put out the fire, the CSFD PIO said.
