DENVER — In a letter from Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Nathan B. Coats, the Colorado Supreme Court will be suspending all jury trials until June 1, 2020, due to COVID-19.

No person shall be required to report for jury services in a state court before June 1.

Originally, Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Nathan Coats extended an order issued on March 16 that suspended all jury trials.

Judges in local courts have been given the authority to manage how other court hearings proceed in their jurisdictions.
