COLORADO SPRINGS — UPDATE: Colorado Springs Police report that both Alexus and Noah have been found safe.

Officers are asking for help finding two children who were last seen Tuesday night, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
Police said 13-year-old Alexus Garcia and 10-year-old Noah Wyhe, both pictured above, were last seen around 7 p.m. in the 400 block of Crestone Lane.
Alexus is described as being 5'3" and weighing 100 lbs with black hair, brown eyes and wearing a red, white and blue jacket. Noah is described as being 4'10" with brown hair and wearing a black and gray shirt with teal shorts and a jacket.
