COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs police are investigating reports that people in two cars were shooting at each other on Fountain Blvd. near Circle Drive Sunday afternoon.

Witnesses called CSPD and reported two vehicles driving eastbound off the MLK bypass onto Fountain Blvd. shooting at each other when one vehicle crashed.

Police say one adult man was found inside the vehicle that crashed. Two other men were found by officers in a nearby neighborhood. Police said the men were still armed when they were detained.

Two men were transported to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries that police say were caused by the crash.

Authorities are still looking for the second vehicle, the one that didn't crash. That vehicle is described as a white Chrysler Sedan.

This investigation is ongoing.
