COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs police are investigating a deadly shooting after receiving a call around 5:00 a.m. Thursday about a disturbance on East Hills Rd.
When officers arrived they found a man's body and two other people with serious, possibly life-threatening injuries. The survivors were rushed to the hospital.
The Violent Crimes Homicide and Assault Unit of CSPD is leading the investigation. Police say there is no threat to the community.
The identity of the deceased has not been released by the El Paso County Coroner's office.
