COLORADO SPRINGS — Despite COVID-19, the Colorado Springs housing market is thriving.

In a recent report from Realtor.com, Colorado Springs was ranked the hottest real estate market in the nation for the third month in a row.

The ranking is based on where buyers are clicking on the most home listings on Realtor.com and where homes are selling the fastest, with the least number of days on the market.

"People still have to move," explained Jennifer Boylan, broker/owner at Springs Homes. "They just let up the restrictions on the military moves, so we're seeing all the people flow in and flow out...right now you wouldn't even know that we went through a shutdown."

Boylan says there is such a low inventory in Colorado Springs and with homes in high demand properties are selling immediately.
