COLORADO SPRINGS — A local hockey team in Colorado Springs needs your help finding their trailer.

The Tigers Sled Hockey Team is an adaptive hockey team and the trailer that was stolen contained their sleds.

The Director of Adaptive Hockey for the Colorado Springs Amateur Hockey Assoc. tells us that the trailer was likely stolen sometime this past weekend, during the Labor Day Liftoff.

Inside the trailer was more than a dozen sleds belonging to the team.

The white, single axle trailer was sitting in a lot at the southeast corner of Pikes Peak and Union. That's right next to Memorial Park, where the Labor Day Liftoff was held.

The director says that while they want the trailer back, the sleds are the real loss. Without the sleds, these kids won't be able to play the sport they love.

The trailer's license plate is 242QJJ and looks similar to the trailer pictured above.

If you have seen the trailer or have any information on its theft, contact CSPD.
