SOUTHERN COLORADO — Care and Share now has another way to fight hunger in Southern Colorado.
The food bank is rolling out a new "Mobile Market' program that will allow them to provide and bring food to areas that do not have a lot of resources.
The final kinks are being tweaked before the program is rolled out to the community.
"Ultimately, our plan is to put shelving in each of the bays so that neighbors, who are in need, can shop like it is a grocery store," explained Shannon Brice from Care and Share.
Care and Share hopes to have the program running in a few weeks.
