ROCKY FORD — Multiple law enforcement agencies are seeking information about a man who went missing in the Rocky Ford area in early November.
Both the Rocky Ford Police Department and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation are looking for 37-year-old Jose Guadalupe Ruiz Jr, who has been reported missing.
According to the CBI, Ruiz is described as a Hispanic male, 5'9" tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his shoulder described as tribal. He also has tattoos that say "Brown" and "Pride" on his forearms. He has "Ruiz" on his left hand as well.
