COSTILLA COUNTY — A statewide alert for a missing 83-year-old man in Costilla County has been canceled.
The Colorado Bureau of investigation put at the alert for 83-year-old Evan Melby late Wednesday to be on the lookout for him in the Mesa Area of San Luis.
He was last seen in the area on November 29.
Further details on why the alert was canceled have not been released.
