Aspen ski areas expected to open 5 days earlier

ASPEN — We've got some exciting news! Aspen Mountain and Snowmass will open for the ski season early this year for the second year in a row.

Snowmass:
Snowmass opens for the season earlier than expected on November 23 with 60 acres of terrain and two lifts!

Elk Camp Gondola and Village Express Lift (to midway) will provide access to Upper Scooper to Lower Hals, Fanny Hill, and Elk Camp Meadows. Elk Camp Restaurant and the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster will also be open.

Aspen Mountain:
Aspen Mountain will also open eary on November 23 with 75 acres of terrain and two lifts!

The Nell and Bell Mountain lifts will provide access to Deer Park, Tortilla Flats, Spar Gulch, and The Little Nell. The Silver Queen Gondola will be open for sightseeing access to foot passengers and The Sundeck Restaurant will also be open.
