AURORA — Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a missing 12-year-old boy out of Aurora.
Liam Sweezey was picked up by his mother Friday and has not been returned to his home, Aurora police said. The mother’s custody status is unclear. Her name is Nikki Sweezey.
Police said Liam requires medication, which he does not have.
He was believed to be picked up in a 2010 Blue Honda Fit, with Colorado license plate #: BVV-937.
