UPDATE:
An AMBER Alert was issued Saturday afternoon for a 9-year-old from the Denver Metro Area.
The alert was canceled Sunday afternoon. The Basalt Police Department reported that Sloan Lipnick had been safely located.
No further details about the situation have been released at this time.

According to the Basalt Police Department, 9-year-old Sloan Hope Lipnick was last seen in the Denver Metro Area early Saturday morning. She is possibly traveling with 39-year-old Carly Lipnick in a 2012 white Audi Q5 with Colorado license plate OWO236.
Sloan is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She stands 4'2" tall and weighs 65 pounds.
Carly is described as a white female with brown hair and green eyse. She stands 5'"4" tall and weighs 130 pounds.
