COLORADO SPRINGS — You may have seen several Colorado Springs police cars at Palmer Park off of Maizeland Rd. west of Academy Blvd. earlier. A 25-year old man contacted 9-1-1 earlier in the day having some type of personal issue. News5 spoke with Lt. Jim Sokolik and he confirmed that there was no threat to the public at any time.
