PUEBLO — Police in Pueblo have arrested Mohamed Henry on a charge of first-degree murder for a fatal shooting on Wednesday night.
According to police, Henry is accused of killing 37-year-old David Robert Scott Tilley at the Val U Stay Inn & Suites on N Hudson Ave.
Officers responded to the area around 6 p.m. and found Tilley mortally wounded in the parking lot. Investigators have not released information on a possible motive in the case.
