FOUNTAIN – The City of Fountain says a man who barricaded himself inside a home in the 500 block of Windsor Lane at around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, surrendered peacefully at around 11:00 Wednesday night.
The man was identified as 48-year-old Jason Flores. A photo of Flores is expected to be released on Thursday.
The department asked the public to avoid the area during the standoff.
According to Fountain PD, as officers approached a residence on Windsor Ln, shots were fired from the home. No officers were injured.
