PUEBLO – The Pueblo Fire Department has ended the search for a reported drowning man in the Arkansas River. They say they couldn’t find a drowning victim in the area.
The search and rescue started Tuesday morning after a man was spotted in the river by the 4th St. Bridge. Crews used a drone in the search.
People tell News5 the man was yelling for help. Crews also say the man could have rescued himself. If that’s the case, crews are asking anyone who hears him to call 911.
