Colorado Springs police investigating after stabbing victim suffers serious injuries

COLORADO SPRINGS – Police said a man suffered serious injuries from a stabbing early Thursday morning in Colorado Springs.

Police were dispatched to Memorial Hospital just before 3 a.m. to investigate the stabbing. They determined the stabbing in a neighborhood south of Palmer Park, near the intersection of Snyder Avenue and Carlton Avenue.

The victim, who hasn’t been publicly identified, was 41 years old. Authorities say his injuries are life-threatening.

Police said they’re investigating what happened. No suspect information has been released.
