DURANGO – An inmate has escaped from the Hilltop House, a Southwest Colorado Community Corrections facility in Durango.
The Durango Police Department issued an arrest warrant Wednesday for 38-year-old Abel Manuel Soto.
Soto is described as a 5’3″, 200 pound male with brown eyes and black hair.
Police are warning everyone- do not try to apprehend this suspect. If you have any information, call crime stoppers at 970-247-1112 or call dispatch at 970-385-2900.
This is the second inmate who has escaped from a Colorado correctional facility this month.
