KEYSTONE – Arapahoe Basin is saying its new rules on parking are working to clear congestion.
The change is for spots closest to the resort and requires cars with less than four people to pay a $20 fee. Those with four or more people can park for free.
The ski area said that they’ve seen plenty of cars filled with four people, and 71 percent of those close spots have gone to free carpoolers.
