UPDATE 2:00 p.m. Wednesday – Colorado Springs Police report Mr. Otis was found safe today. He is experiencing some medical issues as a result of his ordeal, yet is expected to recover.
COLORADO SPRINGS – Police took to Twitter late Tuesday night to ask for the public’s help finding a missing at-risk adult.
Donald Otis, 70, suffers from dementia. He was last seen at around 2 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of E. Buena Ventura Street.
Otis is 5’11” tall and weighs 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown leather coat, jeans, and a baseball hat.
