COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado Springs Police are investigating a shooting in the parking lot of the Fountain Springs Apartments on the southeast side of the city.
The complex is located in the 4500 block of Fountain Springs Grove, near Fountain and Murray.
According to CSPD, multiple shots were heard around 3:15 Tuesday afternoon.
An adult male suffered a gunshot wound and was transferred to an area hospital where he is in surgery.
At this time, CSPD has not identified a suspect.
