FRISCO – The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is investigating an officer-involved shooting that happened outside of a Whole Foods store in Frisco Monday night.

The Town of Frisco said in a news release that a Frisco police officer was involved in the shooting, but no officers were injured.

The news release said police responded to a call about a person acting “erratically” in the parking lot outside of the store Monday night around 7:30 p.m.

The town did not say if a suspect was hurt or provide any specific details about what led up to the shooting.

We’re expecting to learn more about the shooting Tuesday. We will update this story when we learn more.
