PUEBLO – There were some major pot busts Tuesday in Pueblo.
Police have not released specific details yet, but the News 5 crew did catch up with officers as they were wrapping up one bust of an illegal grow on Columbine Ave. near Lake Minnequa.
Authorities said there were multiple busts mad throughout the day, with enough confiscated marijuana to fill a large trailer.
“I didn’t have no idea that this grow was going here,” said resident Gilbert Vigil. “I mean, a lot of people use marijuana, but I didn’t know they had an operation going on next door.”
There is no word at this time on any arrested connected to the busts.
