TELLER COUNTY – The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that happened near Florissant Sunday night.
Troopers say 53-year-old Beth Andresen was driving her Jeep Cherokee westbound on County Road 421, near the intersection of County Road 1, when she went off the road a little after 8 p.m. Sunday. The Jeep rolled and slammed into a light post. Andresen was not wearing a seat belt and died from her injuries.
The crash happened around 8:15 p.m. State Patrol is asking anyone who may have seen it happen to contact Trooper Thomas DeAntonio at 719-544-2424.
