COLORADO SPRINGS – What was reported as a head-on crash in southeastern Colorado Springs closed down all of Galley Rd west of Powers Blvd Friday morning.
According to police, the driver of a Jeep pulled out in front of a sedan. Both vehicles came to a stop in the center lane. Firefighters had to extricate one patient from the wreckage. That person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Colorado Springs Police officers are investigating the crash and are examining if the driver of the Jeep will face charges.
