Mark Alan White is a Sexually Violent Predator living in Colorado Springs.

COLORADO SPRINGS – The Colorado Springs Police Department is notifying the public of a sexually violent predator living in the community.

This notification is in accordance with Colorado law, notifying the public that 56-year-old Mark Alan White has moved to a new address at 425 Prairie Road #203. Past behaviors have labeled White as a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

White’s criminal history includes a conviction of four counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery in 2009 in Virginia. He is described as a white man, 5’10”, 175 pounds, blonde hair, and hazel eyes.

“The Colorado Springs Police Department takes his presence in our community very seriously and is intent on ensuring he conducts himself in a lawful manner and that our citizens remain safe and aware.”

White is one of 17 SVPs registered with the Colorado Springs Police Department.

The law requires CSPD to take a number of measures in notifying the community including, notifying surrounding law enforcement agencies, reviewing and confirming White’s residence, employment,  and briefed patrol personnel on White’s current status.
